الشحن والتوصيل
مناطق التوصيل
بنوصّل لكل إمارات الدولة: أبوظبي، دبي، الشارقة، عجمان، أم القيوين، رأس الخيمة، والفجيرة.
تكلفة التوصيل
15 درهم على أي طلب، مهما كان عدد القطع أو قيمة الطلب. رقم واحد ثابت، مفيش شروط ولا حسابات.
مدة التوصيل
من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب. كل قطعة بتتصب وتتعالج وتتشطب بالإيد، والمدة دي بتضمن إنها توصلك بأفضل حالة.
التتبع
هنبعتلك رسالة واتساب أول ما الطلب يتأكد، ورسالة تانية بموعد التوصيل لما الشحنة تخرج.
التغليف
كل قطعة بتتلف في ورق حريري جوه طبقة فقاعات، وبتتحط في كرتونة صلبة. الطلبات كلها بتوصل جاهزة للإهداء.
طرق الدفع
الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لكل الإمارات، بالإضافة للدفع بالبطاقة.
طلبات من خارج الإمارات
حالياً بنوصّل داخل الإمارات فقط. لو عايزة طلب لبره، كلمينا على الواتساب وهنحسبلك تكلفة الشحن.
Shipping and Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver across all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Delivery cost
AED 15 on any order, regardless of how many pieces or the order value. One flat rate, no conditions.
Delivery time
5 to 7 working days from order confirmation. Every piece is cast, cured and finished by hand, and this window ensures it reaches you in perfect condition.
Tracking
You will receive a WhatsApp message when your order is confirmed, and a second message with your delivery window when the parcel leaves the studio.
Packaging
Every piece is wrapped in tissue inside a layer of bubble wrap and placed in a rigid box. All orders arrive ready to give as a gift.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available across the UAE, alongside card payment.
Orders from outside the UAE
We currently deliver within the UAE only. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote the shipping cost.
