لو وصلت القطعة مكسورة

ابعتيلنا صورة واضحة للقطعة وللتغليف على الواتساب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام، وهنبعتلك قطعة بديلة مجاناً أو نرجّعلك المبلغ كامل — انتي تختاري. مش هنطلب منك ترجّعي القطعة المكسورة.

لو غيّرتي رأيك

تقدري ترجّعي القطعة خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط إنها تكون مستعملتش وفي تغليفها الأصلي. تكلفة شحن الإرجاع (15 درهم) على العميل، وبنرجّع باقي المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

مهم تعرفيه قبل الطلب

الاختلافات البسيطة في اللون والحواف والتموّجات بين قطعة وأخرى مش عيب في التصنيع — دي طبيعة الصب اليدوي، وكل قطعة بتحمل أثر قالبها.

Returns and Exchanges

If a piece arrives damaged

Send us a clear photo of the piece and its packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged piece.

If you change your mind

You may return a piece within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping (AED 15) is paid by the customer, and the balance is refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

Not eligible for return

Opened or used DIY kits
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Pieces painted or altered after delivery

Please note before ordering

Small differences in colour, edges and ridges between pieces are not defects. They are the nature of hand casting, and each piece carries the marks of its own mould.
